I was just discussing this with someone -- it IS hard to keep track of everyone, but I do think that the ratio of women to men is pretty representative of the NFP world in general. While there are still many inequalities, I've noticed that the ratio is more even, and that women are more likely to hold positions of power or be promoted into them, than in other areas of business. So I really like the fact that Naomi is head of finance, Erin is the second in command of the company, and Ian is a receptionist. :)
