The problem is that there's no term for "the wall surrounding a well" and "the wall of the well" just sounds stupid. :D She's standing on the wall surrounding the well, which...is the same as the edge? Or are you picturing something different? I do need to clarify as this is something a lot of people have remarked on, but GDI stupid wells. :D
