Quotes and commas are something I'm not clear on, but also obstinate about. The document doesn't name John Parsons Comma, it names John Parsons alone, so in a RATIONAL WORLD the comma should go on the outside. Alas, grammar is rarely rational. :D I may leave it as a protest.
