I'm not having much trouble keeping the characters distinct (as in, I know their names, and can remember roughly who interacted with whom and in what way), but some of them aren't too distinctive yet. The ones who have been given more "screen time" do stand out, though, so I assume that as the story goes on, I'll have more to associate with each character. Ian and Non are favourites, of course. And the banter is awesome.
As far as the plot goes, I liked the introduction of Tanya, and also have lots of fun speculating about the identity of Non. "He" claims to work for a not-for-profit, and I wonder whether the wank in this chapter is a bit of foreshadowing, but I do trust that you have unexpected plot twists up your sleeve. Looking forward to the next part!
