I suppose in a way all the support staff are me, some to a higher degree than others -- Ian obviously is, but the Creative team also has strong echoes. I mean, it makes sense, since as writers we tend to imbue characters with our own personality quirks, sometimes without noticing.
The SparkVISION office on any given day probably does look a bit like the inside of my head. So many stories, so little time...
