In re "child-myths" -- I suppose it could be seen as belittling *nods* I didn't intend it that way, but yeah. It sounds better just as "armies" anyway.

Re the ABs, it's something that is causing some confusion -- I've got it in my notes to introduce them more clearly. As for the translation, I meant to include it and just forgot, there will be one in the book. It's basically "You hear about Marlowe?" "Yeah, I heard." On the one hand I love appendices, but on the other I don't want people to have to depend on one -- there has to be a more graceful way of clarifying most of the issues of information.

Why does Marlow need chalk?

One of the great mysteries :D It's one of those things I never explain, it's just something he needed.

Whether Colin believes in God or not...one still puts caps on His pronoun, I guess? It's a grammar thing, not a belief thing, so I'm told.
