This is a valid concern, definitely, but I'm not sure I even can change it. My excuse is that the three of them left too soon for any spies to get on the ship -- people are watching them, but enemies probably aren't, or they'd make another try for Jack at least. And bearing in mind "John Parsons" is supposed to be an engineer anyway, it makes sense he'd assemble a little exhibition. I'll have a look at it, but unfortunately I'm not sure I can cut it.
