Just to throw a wrench in, what happened to Islam? I got the feeling that Creationism was supposed to be a sort of alternate-book religion, and we get to see it in context briefly in terms of Christianity and Judaism (the stories in "The Final Rest"). It's pretty picky point and the book is fine without it, I just got briefly thrown off wondering where the last book religion went.
